I just closed on my boat which is located in Maine. It's due for a new bottom paint and its already out of the water, so now is the time. I will be moving the boat to Florida in a few weeks and will keep it there.
Any suggestions on the best paint for FLorida/Bahamas waters?
We are going to do a soda blast, five coats of Interprotect 2000 and three coats of paint (for now micron 66 seems to be the paint of choice).
Thank you in advance for you suggestions

Re: Suggestions on Bottom Paint for warm waters
I get 4 years on micron 66. The running gear will only last a year no matter what you use if the boat gets used but thats a lot less than doing the whole bottom over.
