Re: 1989 41' Hatteras Convertible $99,000
Forum members do not get to pay 10k extra. The difference in the price is that when it was listed at 89,999 it was in my documinium slip without a central listing where i did not have to pay a 10% commission. It is now listed has a central listing with a 10% commission to the broker. Weather I sell it on my own or the broker sells it i still owe a 10% commission. In my central agreement with them they provide for free dockage until sold. It is no longer an open listing. Anyone seriously interested in buying the boat the price in negiotable. In addition i am just finishing putting an additional $6,000 into the boat. Therefore, between the work just getting completed and the commission my next number is $16,000 less then when she was listed at $89,900.Last edited by JOSEPHJVACCARO; 09-16-2009 at 10:19 AM.
