I was leaning to the 52 as well, I truely think you get the best of both worlds with the 52, nice size cockpit and reasonable fuel economy.. thanks to all that replied, please keep'em comming
Also does anyone have any performance numbers on a 52 that had been repowered with QSM 715's?

There is a pair of new Caterpillars C-15 Acerts cheap on E-bay.
if you set up to 800 HP you save weight and will have a 21+ know boat with decent fuel economy
