    19 bucks a foot per month, including electric and water, for a boat my size? Not bad for a deluxe marina. Might be just a little toasty in the summer! Not sure where you go cruising.. any old UAE hands here? My boat broker I used when buying my Hatt says he does a lot of business over there now. I'll ask him next time I see him.
