    Many of you already know this boat and broker...

    Good news, this 53' is being auctioned at 2PM, you can inspect between Noon and 2 PM and rely on a current survey which you can see when you board to bid... Then, you must settle in 10 days...

    The sale may or may not even get reported. Certainly not until the $$ changes hands anyway.

    I don't think it sold. Auction info is removed from the listing and the price is now $149,000. It's a nice looking boat but not too many buyers are looking for a single stateroom 53' sportfish. Proof of that is the fact that this boat was on the market for over 2 years before it was traded in to Marinemax. I was looking at a 2 stateroom 53 a few years ago and was told by Tom Slane that the 3 stateroom 53's sell but the 2 stateroom 53's are tough to sell.
