Scrod thats just mean. pennies in an Al hull will burn a hole in it.

Not sure about coins under the engines - but I've always put a St. Christopher coin somewhere in the pilot house.

Maybe we need to look at this from another angle. How many boats that have gone down have had a coin or an idol or a good luck charm somewhere on board? Just a thought to ponder.
