    Analog meter repair

One of my Rudder indicator meters is broken. It's about 2.5" dia. says "Dyna Marine" on the dial and they are no longer around.
Essentially, it just seems to be an analog millivolt meter. I measured input from the sender and it was plus 205 mv at right full rudder, 0 mv at midships and minus 205 mv at left full rudder.
Do any of you folks know of a company that might be able to repair such a thing?
    Thanks - Will

    Re: Analog meter repair

    Hi Will,

I would think most knowledgeable shops can replace a meter movement, or adapt a new one to work. Obtaining correct full scale readings (current or voltage) from a galvanometer used to be a classic lab exercise.

Threads on the forum have mentioned Chris Craft shops, but I bookmarked one since they had already done a bang-up job on some original Hatt gauges:
