RUM - THE boat alcohol!

Being of Caribean heritage .... rum is it !!
If drinking gin ...martitnis .... Bombay saphire is the only way I fly.
Rum .... Mount Gay, Pussers 95, Ron Zacapa, Brugal, Myers ... there are tons of good ones. Rum is to the islands as wine is to Napa. As for Bacardi and Capt. Morgan ... there's WAY better stuff out there !!

Everyone to their own taste! Personally after the first one or
two, I am fine with all brands mentioned.

*MY* navy buddy told me Myers Dark was all there was. And it
sounds a lot better in a bar to say "Myers and cola" than "rum and coke".

My boating friend just introduced my to Pyrats Rum. Wow, that's some good stuff. If anybody ever mixes that stuff with anything, they should be shot. That's sippin' rum.

Pyrats is another goodie !! ... and yes, some of the good rums are way to good to mix with coke ... just add over cubes !!
