Hello everyone,
Can anybody tell me why a 1988 52C Hat weighs approx. 55,000#'s and a newer model 1994 50C weighs 60,000#s? I thought that at some point Hatteras started to take out some of the weight. I see the 1990 50C's brochure lists 3 engine choices. 8V92's which is the same engine in 1988 52C. and would weigh the same. The other 2 choices are 12V71's or 10 cylinder Mans. Do the bigger engines weigh a total of 5,000#'s more???
