Update-Price reduced; 1972 58 Yacht Fish for sale

We're selling our 1972 58 Yacht Fish in St Pete FL. We lowered the price from 299k to 269k, and just now lowered it to 249k. We have 375k plus into her. The Generator does not work and needs to be replaced, and some of the windows are cracked (full disclosure). The price reflects these last few items...
