What do you use for panel sealent

The good news is that I got about 2 hours or cleaning and fixing done today, the bad news is that I did it over 5 hours. I am installing Starlink on the arch where the old glomex TV/radio antenna was. I got the cable ran through the arch, then down the pipe with the AC duct into the cubby hole in the salon. Some of the small panels up on the flybridge had sort of sticky foam tape on the back of them to seal against mosture. What type of sealant should I use on the panels that I took off to run the wire?
