43 Hatteras Euro Convertible '81

New member looking for sedan or sportfish under 40'.

I came across an ad yesterday in YW # 11384-1911208 and I'm curious if this model is known by another name or is it an unusual model in the Hatteras line? I know it is not in my boat size range but it certainly is a good looking boat, tempting. I have searched for info using a few different methods and have come up with nothing. Any comments or history with this model of boat?
