Enclosed aftdeck wall core is wet

I just tore out the built in wet bar on the starboard side of the aftdeck below the window (horrid fake mirrors and black vinyl and Formica). Left of the centerline of the window there were some holes drilled in the fiberglass. The ones near the floor are wet and the core is rotten. It is a small area and the holes higher up under the window are dry. Apparently this has been a problem for a while and was hidden by the wet bar. The water must be wicking up from somewhere but there were no apparent plumbing leaks. The aftdeck AC condensate line is one suspect but other than testing it I have never really run that unit (the aftdeck is open to the salon and the 24k salon unit cools the area fine). Also we are in a covered slip. I'm clueless where the water is coming from.
