  4. Recovering dink from deck of convertible.

My son just purchased a 45C, series 1. He grew up on 58YF and launched and recovered the RIB hundreds of times single handed. With the 45C the hopping ot of the inflatable will take long legs. At 25 years old he can pull this off. How do older convertible owners pull this off?

Long shot but we're narrowing down our options for a loop boat and I've become infatuated with the 40DC. But, never seen one in person. 15. More inferior Hatteras components

Here is another example, to add to recent ones, about how Hatteras and their suppliers cut corners and used inferior components in the construction of their boats back in the 80's. My starboard bilge blower started tripping the breaker and I determined there was a dead short in the motor. Pulled it...

  19. The flag is flying again

2004 hurricane Frances snapped off my flagpole. It’s been sitting in the side yard ever since. Having been here 35 years 2 years ago I decided to replace the sea wall and deadmen in the lawn that hold the sea wall back. In the while you’re at it mode, I raised the sea wall 12”. New dock boat lifts...
