  4. Gettin' my Fix

Well, here I am at the Samsmarine website, getting my daily fix. Cruise Director pops down to the man cave and says, "Well, are you going to join us upstairs tonight?" Well, I guess so, since I have just about concluded the peruse. Do I have a problem?

  7. Tax Time for me....and YOU!

I have a question for those of you who know tax stuff. I just bought a house last year and there is a section for energy efficient improvements on the tax form that I don't quite get. Can I deduct the high efficient gas dryer and the high efficient washer I bought? How about my highly...

  9. Trip report 2/9

I was moving the boat to Cape Canaveral from Stuart so we decided to make it a 2 day fishing trip by trolling up to Sebastian and finishing up with some bottom time the rest of the way to Canaveral. Sat. we got a late start but were met with flat calm waters. We made it to 120' and started the...

  10. Anchor Rights

Since the answer to my question may be different by state, my location is North Carolina. I live in a dredged canal community, where you are able to dock your boat behind your house. Included in the canal system is a sizable man made lake. Infrequently, a cruising boat will be seen at anchor in...

  12. Port Canaveral, here we come!

A spot finally opened so we will be there this Sunday. Par for the course since we are set to ink a contract on the boat. It looks like a good weekend for fishing so at least we can spill a little blood on her for the first time in 6 months. As a side note, these boats do not like to sit unused.
