It seams to me like the 56 is an improvement on the great 53 in just about every way, is there something I'm missing? I'm thinking of changing my search for a Hatt to the 56.

I was thinkiong of putting granite in the galley of my 56 MY.I thought i had heard someone put it over there existing top.Was it 3/4 granite or thinner?Any thoughts. Thanks Chris
