I recently purchased a 1986 36' Hatt Sedan. Repowered the same 454's with new long blocks. Im finding out that at 3,000 rpm's she only does 11.5 knts. and not getting up on plane. The stern looks to be about 12" underwater. Has anyone tried larger trim tabs or extending the orignal ones.
