My old 24v robertson pump is leaking fluid and I have it removed. Simrad is no longer servicing this model but can sell me a seal kit as the valve body is the same as newer models.
Can anyone who has done this offer up some guidance? Is it a PITA job or an easy one? Just wondering if you need a press to put that oil seal in or is it an easy bench job.
A replacement pump is over $1000 so I am obviously inclinded to try and get a few more years out of this old one.
