Am looking at a 75 motoryacht.

Two unrelated questions.

Anyone have 7 1/2 foot NAIAD stabilizers? Notice large improvement over 6' ?

And are Iso bosters recommended? The boat I am loking at does not show one listed.

I had one on last boat and it was great at maintaining steady power when Bahamain shore power got flaky . . . the boat I amloking atshows a DC Converter . . .but not an Iso Booster Transformer.

I'm sure it has isolation transformers. That was standard Hatteras equipment. On the stabs, it depends on cruise speed. If you run the boat at cruise, the 6' should be fine. If you plan on running slow, then the larger fins will probably help.

The isolation transformers on our 1988 65 footer is under the dinette seats

Yes on the iso TRANSFORMER, but depending on age, it may not have the iso BOOSTERs. If no on the boosters, there are options for you. You can replace the transformer with an auto booster ($$$), or possibly add a smart auto booster to your existing transformer so that you would have an auto iso boost transformer (I am looking into this option currently).
