Dissimilar metal corrosion prevention

I'm about to dissasemble and reassemble my outriggers while I still can and wanted to coat the ss screws and bolts with something. I saw someone recomended somthing for the ss screws that go in the window frames.
Cant find the thread again.

When I replaced raw water cap bolts on the end of DD heat exchangers [for the raw water gasket plates] with SS cap bolts....I used "neverseize" (the no seize goop) on the threads....anybody use this gel instead for that type application???? recommendations????
