Mount a watcher agent on ebay for "Marquipt". A gangway/ladder comes up about once a month. Usually $5-900. The number of steps will matter depending on your craft size.

If you have the Marquipt SeaStairs, they actually work as a gangplank too, attaching to the same bracket but just going out straight sideways. This gives you the handrail for the gangplank too.
